Harnessing the Power of Genes for Your Health

2-day PUBLIC workshop

March 2- March 3, 2019

Cooking with Food that “Talks” to Your Genes and Optimizes Your Health

Since the completion of the Human Genome Project in 2003, scientists not only discovered a blueprint for how the human body is built, but more importantly, how it operates. Food is key to how the human body functions. Through its conversation with your genes, your DNA, food provides the information your body needs to survive and thrive in our modern world. In this two-day hands-on workshop, you’ll learn exactly how food functions in your body to support its core biological operating systems. Discover what those systems are, what they do and which food you need to choose that speaks the language of the genes that drive your health.  Here you’ll learn how to prepare simple recipes whose ingredients speak the language of your genes and subsequently your health.
